Yes, absolutely! When you place an order online, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email, which serves as your receipt. Additionally, you can access and print receipts anytime from your account:
- Log into My Account (created when you place your first order).
- Go to the Invoice tab to view and download your receipt.

Printing
To ensure your design prints perfectly, please follow these file setup guidelines:
General File Specifications:
- File Types: Submit files as a flattened PDF (single page) or JPEG.
- Flatten Objects: Ensure all objects, gradients, swatches, symbols, special effects, and transparencies are flattened.
- Outline Text: Convert all text to outlines.
- Crop Marks and Bleeds: Remove any crop marks or bleed areas to avoid them being printed.
- Exact Size: Your file must match the exact size ordered (exceptions include Gallery Wrap Fold Edge and template-based products).
- Color Mode: Use CMYK only; we do not support Pantone, 5th, Spot, or RGB colors.
- Resolution: Maintain a resolution of 150 dpi.
- File Size: Keep files under 300 MB for upload.
Template Guidelines:
- Design on a separate layer over our template.
- Delete any template text, blue spaces, or guidelines before saving your file; otherwise, they will be printed.
- Save the design as a flattened PDF or JPEG at full size (150 dpi).
Additional Notes:
- Hidden Layers: Remove anything in your file you don’t want printed, including hidden layers or template guidelines.
- Embedded Elements: Make sure all objects are embedded and flattened.
- Compound Paths: Completely rasterize or flatten compound paths to avoid printing errors.
- Oversized Files: Files larger than 200 inches can be scaled down proportionally.
- Panel Jobs: For panel printing, include a minimum 1-inch overlay.
- White Material: We print on white material. Any blank areas in your design will print as white.
- Safety Margins: For advertising flags, leave at least a 2-inch safety margin from all edges to prevent text or graphics from being cut or hemmed.
Important Tool-Specific Notes:
- If working in InDesign, export the file to Illustrator or Photoshop first, then save as a JPEG.
- Templates: The uploaded file should match the exact template size provided. Do not scale the template; save it as a 150 dpi flattened file.

File Preparation Guidelines:
- Convert Fonts: Before sending your file, convert all fonts to outlines or curves.
- Sizing: Ensure your artwork proof is proportional to the exact size of your custom banner.
- Bleeds: Do not include bleeds unless they are part of the graphic design.
- Text Safety Zone: Keep all text at least 2 inches away from the edges of the banner to avoid interference with grommets.
Important Notes:
- Image Resolution: PSD, JPEG, and TIFF files may appear blurry when enlarged if their resolution is too low.
- Avoid Thumbnails: Thumbnail JPEGs or GIFs are not suitable for large prints due to poor quality.

Unfortunately, no changes can be made to your artwork after it has been approved and sent to production. Once the approval is finalized, the design moves directly into the production process to ensure timely delivery.
